Abstract:
The student will receive practical tools and theoretical background when analyzing flow combined with heat transfer and material strength.
How analyses "work", what is important to check before starting, how to correctly define a model in the software and how to analyze results. All of these will be important issues when performing or understanding an analysis correctly.
In this course, with the help of practical analyses, which have been carried out in the industry, the students will learn the reasons for the basic assumptions and definitions chosen in order to obtain optimal results, while providing explanations and holding discussions on these subjects.
