Abstract:
In this lab students will implement the knowledge they acquired
on the theoretical courses of Electrical Engineering 1, Electrical Engineering 2.
During the lab sessions they will wildly use electronic simulation tools.Abstract:
this is a basic semiconductor lab course which deals with:
1. diode circuits.
2. bjt trans circuits, mainly singnal amplifiers.
3. mos amp circuits.
