Abstract:

This course deals with defining budget concepts - planning, control and updating. We will learn to recognize different methods of budget planning, budget control, cost allocation, sensitivity analysis and responding to financial and other risks in the project.

Later in the course we will learn economic tools and methods for evaluating projects over time (cash flow), different financing methods and tools for comparing projects.
