• Familiarity with basic models in knowledge management and how to implement them.
• A review of innovation in knowledge management, information and large data, including AI and computerized cognitive abilities
• Familiarity with the six levels of knowledge management including content, flow processes, management and transportation, technology, culture and strategy
• KM platforms implementation and Change Management processes
