The impact of international trade on consumption options and comparison to self-production possibilities.Principles for allocation of means of production in order to produce maximum output. The way that the prices of means of production are determined, such as the way that the wage of workers is determined. Principles for achieving maximum profit. Determination of market prices and quantities of products in conditions of competition. Impact of international trade on the markets. Impact of government intervention in the markets through taxes, tariffs and subsidies.
