Abstract:

Thermal and mechanical design of electronic equipment course provide "knowhow" to perform which is common in the military, industrial. It covers the common methods, components and mechanisms of cooling that are used in various types of equipment. Cooling using conduction free and force convection, using fans and different types of accessories used by the designers to cool the equipment.
